moroccan orange salad

Serves 4 as a side dish

- 4 oranges (preferably navel), peeled and sliced thinly
- handful of dates, pits removed and roughly chopped
- handful of walnuts, roughly chopped
- juice of one extra orange
- 3 T rosewater or roseflavoured syrup

Arrange orange slices on plate, drizzle with orange juice and rosewater and marinate for an hour in the fridge.
Sprinkle on dates and nuts.
