2 pounds green grapes (or red or a mixture of both - your choice!)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. brown sugar

Wash grapes and remove from the stems. Place all grapes in a bowl and stir in sour cream and brown sugar until coated.
Add the grated rind of one orange. Serve chilled.
