Emily's spinach salad

Combine in jar, cover and shake well.

2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 t. lemon juice
2 t. soy sauce
1 t. sugar
1 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. curry powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. seasoned pepper
1/4 t. garlic powder

Place 1-10 oz. pkg. fresh spinach, torn into large salad bowl. Just before serving,
pour dressing over and toss gently. Garnish with bacon (5 strips cooked and
crumbled) and 2 hard cooked eggs, sliced.
