lime jell-o salad

from Carolee - I usually double this and use large Jell-o and cottage cheese.

Scald 1 c. milk
Melt 4 oz. marshmallows into milk
Pour above over 1 small pkg. lime Jell-o and stir well
Add:
1 small carton cottage cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple (not drained)
1/3 c. mayonnaise
nuts
Stir well and chill.
