cucumber-yoghurt salad

- 1/2 cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 1/2 C yoghurt
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/2 t sweet pimenton (smoked paprika powder)
- salt
- garden cress

Mix yoghurt with olive oil, salt and lemon juice. Stir into cucumbers. Sprinkle on pimenton and garden cress.
It's a salad and a sauce for the fries and fish all wrapped up in one. Not all that special, but good nonetheless.
