Fudge


1/2 cup butter
1 tall can evaoprated milk
4 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 lb mini marshmallows
1 12oz package milk chocolate chips (Hersheys brand is good)
1 12 oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tbs vanilla
2 cups chopped nuts, optional

1. Butter desired pan, set aside.
2. In 4 quart sauce pan, melt the butter with the sugar and milk over medium heat. Bring to a boil, cover and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add marshmallows, stir until melted. Add semi-sweet chocolate, stir until melted. Add milk chocolate, stir until melted. Mix in vanilla and nuts if using. Pour into prepared pan. Refridgerate until set up. It is a soft fudge, so make sure to keep refrigerated.
