tomato, celery and sweet onion salad

my fav one (inspired by martha) that is so simple, yet really pretty and tasty:

roma or plum tomatos
celery (sometimes i use cucumber instead)
sweet onion

thinly slice all of them and place in a bowl.

for the dressing throw some olive oil, blasamic vinegar and heavy whipping cream (or half and half) in a bowl and whisk to get a creamy balsamic dressing. adjust vingar and cream based on how tangy you like your dressing (i like to singe my tastebuds). then add a bit if fresh ground pepper and salt, whisk again, and you are done!
