bowtie pasta salad with spinach and tomatoes

this is a little pasta salad i made up that's good hot or cold.

1 pkg frozen spinach
roma (or other small) tomatoes
red onion
mushrooms
balsamic vinagrette
olive oil
pasta (i like bowtie)
feta or mozzerella cheese

boil the pasta. while that's boiling, sautee the onions and mushrooms, then add the tomatoes (sliced) and next the spinach and splash in some of the balsamic vinagrette. let that simmer while the pasta cooks. after the pasta's finshed, drain and mix everything in a large bowl. then add the cheese. i also added oregano and a little salt.
