7up Salad


2 boxes lemon jello
2 cups boiling water
1 lb. 4 oz pineapple crushed, juice reserved
2 cups small marshmallows
2 cups 7-up
3 bananas
sauce:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 Tbs flour
2 cup pineapple juice (add water to bring to 2 cups if not enough of the reserved)
Whipped cream

1. Disolve jello in boiling water, let cool. Add 7-up, bananas, marshmallows and pineapple. Refridgerate until set.
2. Make sauce. In a medium sauce pan, mix sugar, flour and enough juice to dislove sugar. Add eggs and remaining juice. Cook over medium low heat until it thickens. Cool.
3. Spread cooled sauce over set jello, top with lots of whipped cream.
