Mexican Wedding Cookies


2 cups flour
6 Tbs powdered sugar plus more for rolling
1 cup butter
1 Tbs vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and shape into small, walnut size balls.
2. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
3. Remove from cookie sheet while still hot and roll in powdered sugar. When finished rolling the last, start again with the first. Let cool completely before storing in an air tight container.
