Lasagne


1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 small onion
30 oz prepared spagetti sauce
1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
24 oz cottage cheese
15 oz ricotta cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
16 oz lasagne noodles
2 Tbs parsely
1/2 tsp oregano
1 lb. motzerella cheese, shredded

1. Brown ground beef and drain well.
2. Meanwhile, cook lasagne noodles according to package directions being sure not to over cook.
3. Combine spinach, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and parsely. Set aside.
4. Combine spagetti sauce with hamburger and oregano.
5. In an 11x13 pan, layer, starting with a little bit of sauce mixture, noodles, cheese mixture, sauce mixture and some shredded cheese. Continure layering until all ingredients are used up being sure to save some motzerella for the top.
