Jim: You look really good in those jeans.
Me: But this (pointing to my stomach.)
Jim: Whatever I’ve seen girls with much bigger guts than that.
And then I watch his face as the realization of what he just said washes over him.

Poor guy walked right into that one, didn’t he? And while this is a lesson I am still trying to learn, the answer to “You look cute” is, “Thank you!”
It’s up to you if you want to smother him with kisses for paying the complement!

Man, it is one of those bite you tong bits. I feel kind of bad for the guy, he was trying to complement you…don’t get me wrong if my boyfriend were to say that to me, I would have eaten him alive for that kind of slip up.
